First Aid Fun Camp

Help your young children become those inspirational ‘heroes’ you hear about in the papers. We provide basic first aid training for national school children aged 8 and upwards, all in a fun atmosphere. Your children will learn how to deal with emergencies, how to deal with common injuries like burns and bleeding, sports injuries, nosebleeds and how to make that important emergency phone call. No matter the age, children need to know these vital skills. The camp will take place over 5 days, Monday July 17th – Friday July 21st from 10am to 3pm and the camp fee is €60.

Coleman School of Dancing Summer Camp

Fancy yourself a young Michael Flatley, or just love to jig? Coleman’s School of Irish Dancing will help you to become the best in the west as they have won two world globes and are consistently successful in the world of dance. Team Coleman wants you to be a part of their summer camp. The camp runs from July 3rd – July 7th from 10am to 1pm. Camp fee: €60.

Star Camp

Summer holidays are approaching and Ireland’s number 1 summer camp, Star Camp is calling all boys and girls aged 4 to 12. Star Camp is celebrating its 10th year and has the highest return rate to its camps each year. The aim of the summer camp is to build your children’s confidence and self-esteem through performance, fun and games. The girls and boys will be singing, dancing, acting, taking part in arts and crafts and much more. The camp will take place here in the Town Hall from the 10th – 15th July from 9.30am to 2.30pm.

Epic Explorers

Epic Explorers is a holiday bible club run by the Calvary Church here in Claremorris. The club is looking for explorers ages 4-10 years of age. The camp involves games, crafts, songs, snacks and fun and there is no camp fee. The camp will run from Wednesday 5th July to Friday 7th July from 2pm-4pm.

Sculpture For Adults

Sculpture is the fun are of making by shaping. Typical materials used in sculpture include wood, plastic, metal, paper, clay, plaster etc. One week long camp is on offer for adults. Everyone makes their own pieces at their own pace under the guidance of of our vastly experienced tutor. The camp will take place from the 14th-18th August from 10am-5pm. Camp fee: €90.

Arts & Crafts Workshop

Has your child a natural talent in art? Or just loves to paint? Arts and Crafts Workshop will take place from Tuesday 1st August to Friday 4th August and Tuesday 8th August to Friday 11th August from 10.30am to 1.30pm. Your child will try out all of the different aspects of art from life drawing to speed painting and clay. The camp fee is €10 per child per class.

Shadow Play Workshop

Shadow Play, also known as Shadow Puppetry is a great way for your children to learn the art of storytelling and entertainment through artistic skill and performance. This camp is one week long and by the end of this the children will have a digital recording of their work that they made from scratch. This camp is for children aged 4+ and the camp fee is €50. The camp will run from Monday 24th July to Friday 28th July. Each day of the camp will be from 10am to 2pm. Let your children take part in a unique experience to be proud of.
