The man from Ballyvary, Mick Mulhern has a rich voice influenced by country legends like George Jones and Charlie Pride. He is one of the most requested and played singers on Irish Country Music stations; the release of his second album “Souvenirs” is proving a huge hit. Not only is Mick a talented artist, he engages with his audience in a thoroughly entertaining way, ensuring the night is filled with great music and craic!

The night will mark the Mayo launch of “Souvenirs” and Mick will be joined by some very special guests: Tony Allen (of Foster & Allen), Matt Keane, Kevin Prendergast and Eunice Moran. MC on the night is Michael Commins. This promises to be an unmissable night for any fan of Country Music, early booking is advisable.

Instinctive sibling-like harmonies, captivating lyrics and melodies mark The Whileaways  sound, which has been described as “perfected simplicity” and the band as “masters of arrangement and song-writing “(Irish Echo, USA) .

Since forming in 2012, this trio of song-writers has released three critically acclaimed albums, with their fourth – In All Honesty – released in June 2022.

The Whileaways are Noelie McDonnell, Noriana Kennedy and Nicola Joyce, three accomplished singers who had each toured and recorded extensively with their separate projects before coming together as a band. With over a dozen albums to their collective credit, and having played gigs and festivals all over the world, they began to admire each other’s singing at sessions in their home-town of Galway. Since coming together they have toured all over the world, and been nominated for Best Group and Best Album in the RTÉ Folk Awards, and garnered high praise from the music press both at home and abroad. They have been described as “among the finest singer in the country” (Hot Press) and their music as “profound and insightful, tightly woven, experimental, fresh and energetic” (Irish Music Magazine) .

These three singers are cut from the same cloth and weave a tapestry of harmonies and beautifully crafted original songs. Their sound is true and their delivery is undeniably captivating. SILVER BELLES featuring One Voice, American swing inspired Trio with blended harmonies singing all the Christmas classics such as: White Christmas, Have yourself a Merry Little Christmas, Walking in a Winter Wonderland and many more favourites, joined on stage with a 35-piece Mayo Concert Orchestra.

One Voice, comprised of Siobhan Sheil, Lorraine McCoy & Elaine McEvilly, have accompanied Sean Keane and Daniel O’Donnell among other performances and  have been part of a Broadway production in NYC.
